Catalani provides location scouting, location management, permitting assistance, 3D virtual tours, and related production support services for film, video, photography, advertising, and event productions in Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement of our services is subject to a separate agreement between you and Catalani.

3. Submissions and Inquiries

When you contact us or submit a property through our forms, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it — including the right to submit any photos, videos, or property details you upload. Submitting a property or inquiry does not create any obligation on our part, and is not a guarantee that your property will be selected, listed, or booked. We may decline any submission at our discretion.

4. Property Owner Responsibilities

If you submit a property, you confirm that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any use of your property complies with applicable laws, permits, HOA or association rules, leases, and insurance requirements. Catalani does not assume responsibility for disputes arising between property owners, productions, or third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Catalani name and branding — is the property of Catalani, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Images submitted by property owners remain subject to any rights of their respective owners.
