Location Scouting
We provide a great selection of unique and viable location options for your production team to select from, taking into account the aesthetic look and feel, available light, surrounding noise, cost, permitting requirements/difficulties, logistic feasibility, parking availability, access to electrical power, vehicle access, weather conditions, and other technical issues or variables that can affect your production.
Our agents have production experience with years of scouting and photographing eye catching locations. We are proud to offer full access to our CATA-Log file, to find the right locations tailored to your needs. We work diligently to continuously build and improve our database, and work with your feedback throughout the process. The initial file pull and consultation are complimentary, as we collaborate on the creative direction. Our agents are native to the area and have built great relationships locally with property owners, government personnel and other key players that will facilitate to your shoot or production.
Location Managing
We negotiate location fees, take care of the insurance, secure the necessary contracts/permits, and in general oversee the site. During the production, we ensure cooperation among the location's property owner and neighbors and manage any issues related to the location or property. Optionally, we offer valet/parking logistic solutions. We can also refer and provide local talent, crews, vendors, vehicles, props, or any other local resource that is needed.
Our goal is to ensure your production is smooth and a success. The Manager will remain on-site during the production to ensure that the owner’s property is treated with care and that property guidelines are followed. We work with not only local but highly respected film, photography, and production crews, conducting ourselves always with professionalism while managing the location.
Location Permitting
Every jurisdiction is different and has its peculiar requirements with permits. Let us streamline this process and handle all the groundwork, as this can be a time consuming complicated process of back and forth phone calls, paperwork, and research. Don't let it suck the energy out of your production!
Whether it's local, county, state, federal, or an international permit/regulations, we know exactly who to reach and what steps to take. We make sure your insurance, location contracts, and other requirements are in place for the proper permits.
